Size 8-14 Brushed inside for extra warmth, Added fabric in bottom area so has seams back and front.

Size 14-20 Brushed inside for extra warmth, extra wide waist band for comfort, no seams back or front.

Both sizes can be worn as leggings with a long top or under pants for extra warm during the winter chilly months. Have had o lot of trampers wearing the leggings for extra warmth and the fact they dry quickly when wet.

Washing
Machine wash in a washing bag to keep nice line dry. If you are only wearing as thermals under pants can be tumbled dried but be a wear they will pill in the dryer.
